PetPin.app users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information at any time.
To request deletion, send an email to: info@petpin.app
Use the subject: “PetPin.app Data Deletion Request”
Please send the request from the same email address associated with your PetPin.app account whenever possible.
After verifying the request, PetPin.app will delete or anonymize personal account information that is no longer required for legitimate security, legal, or operational purposes.
You may also request deletion of pet reports and other content associated with your account.
Some limited information may be retained when necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud or abuse, protect the service, or maintain records of security and moderation actions.
If you signed in with Google, revoking PetPin.app's access to your Google account does not automatically delete information already stored by PetPin.app, so you should still submit a deletion request if you want your PetPin.app data deleted.
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
